Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a QC Inspector for our client in San Jose. This is a 100% onsite, temp to perm role working Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with a starting pay of $21 an hour.

Mission

Maintain exceptional quality for a high mix of battery packs throughout production and in final quality inspections. Foster positive communication with production and management to improve quality and efficiency.

Outcomes

1) Within 30 days of start, have a clear understanding of their role in Rose's quality system and a basic understanding of the MRP system and how it relates to their day to day role.

2) Ability to execute inspections based on drawings, spec sheets, and test procedures. Properly use equipment to conduct inspections and produce the required reports.

3) Within 60 days of start, strong understanding of Factory Track and related QMS & procedures.

4) Learn basic IPC 610 "Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies" principles and how they apply to packs produced.

5) Within 90 days of start, have deep understanding to be able to provide guidance on quality improvements for products process and documentation.
